It’s not often that you get to see a living legend live in person. But you’ll have that chance soon here in Santa Fe when Earl “Poole” Ball comes to town! Earl is one of the best Honky Tonky piano players in the world, known for his weekly residency at the Continental Club in Austin and for being Johnny Cash’s piano player for over 20 years!

Ball also played on the Byrds’ landmark Sweetheart of the Rodeo, as well as Michael Nesmith’s Magnetic South, not to mention playing with the likes of Merle Haggard among countless others.

Earl will be playing Friday August 24th right here at Lost Padre, where he will also do a Q&A about his amazing career. Fun starts at 6PM and there’s a suggested donation of $5 (all donation $ goes to the performers). So mark your calendars and join the Facebook invite!
